New year new days new ways

I am leaving to do an art resdidency in New York in a couple of days and I am beyond thrilled! I have been ver worried though about the climate differnece and am crossing my fingers that I will survive! So, I have been preparing for this trip by taking long walks here in San Diego. I know I am in for a heap of weather changes, but I thought it might help.
I shot a bunch of photos today while on my walk and I think it is going to be fun to see the differnce between my walks in sd as opposed to ny. Here they are:

New beginings

Happy new year! We are the future! I swore flying cars would be around by now, but I guess not. Still holding out for a Hover board. I have been so busy with my band that I have neglected my blog. Yikes! I have made some flyers and photos for my band and had some awesome art shows that I never posted, but will this week. I am also leaving on a two month art residency in new york. I am thrilled and nervous. I will be shooting constantly and I am ready and happy for it! I can not wait. I am uploading a photo from Christmas time, a new years blue moon hidden amongst artificial lights and dressed up geometric new years attire. Happy twenty ten!

Been so long

I have been quite the busy bee. So, I have neglected my blog:(
I was in Tokyo am practicing in my first solo band and recording an album! Aiii so much! Today I saw this while driving and had to stop. How cute is this!
